1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing URL goes here (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. API Trader provides a directory and facilitation service connecting users with API developers.

2. Membership & Access

  • Access Levels: Certain technical data, contact forms, and developer details are restricted to “Paying Customer” or “Developer” membership tiers.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • No Resale: You may not scrape, copy, or resell the directory information provided within the restricted members’ area.

3. Nature of Service API Trader is a facilitator. We do not own the third-party APIs listed. We are not responsible for the uptime, code quality, or service levels of the APIs discovered through our platform. All technical integrations are performed at the user’s own risk.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Memberships are billed on a Monthly basis.

  • Cancellations can be made at any time via the “My Account” page.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally not provided for partial months of service already rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability API Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or APIs discovered via the platform.

  • Form Data: If you use an “Interest Form” to contact a developer, the information you provide in that form is collected and transmitted to the relevant developer.

  • To provide and maintain our membership service.

  • To facilitate connections between members and API developers.

  • To send administrative emails regarding your account or subscription.

  • API Developers: Only when you explicitly fill out a contact form to express interest in their specific service.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe to process your membership fees securely.

4. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
